August 8, 2014: The College of the State Bar of Texas admitted Trevor Taylor for membership in the College. The College of the State Bar of Texas, the only organization in the United States formed for this purpose, is an honorary society of lawyers, chartered by the Supreme Court of Texas in 1981, to recognize and encourage lawyers who maintain and enhance their professional skills and the quality of their service to the public by completing at least double the required hours of continuing legal education each year. The College also sponsors or otherwise assists in educational activities of significant merit and widespread relevance and applicability to the legal profession.
July 24, 2013: Trevor Taylor was inducted into The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, an invitation-only national organization composed of America’s Top Trial Lawyers. Membership is extended solely to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and profile as civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial lawyers. It is the mission of The National Trial Lawyers to provide networking opportunities, advocacy training, and the highest quality educational programs for trial lawyers.
July 1, 2010: Trevor Taylor Elected President of Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association. CATLA is an organization of lawyers representing victims of negligence and people abused by insurance companies and big business. Mr. Taylor will serve as President for the 2010-2011 fiscal years. December 29, 2009: Trevor Taylor Elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. Fellows are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the state of Texas. October 1, 2009: Trevor Taylor selected as Barrister in Lloyd Lochridge Inn of Court. The Inn is an amalgam of lawyers, judges, law professors, and law students. The Inn’s purpose is to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
